Emily, yet again, put together a wonderful trip to Rome to celebrate a big birthday. We told her what we were looking for, and she delivered. Hotel was very old (once a monastery), lovely garden to relax, helpful staff and within walking distance of many places we wanted to visit, and a short taxi ride to others. Although a central hotel, it was in a very quiet street with our room overlooking the Palatine Hill. Emily organised our self guided visit to The Colosseum, Palantine gardens and a small group tour to The Vatican City including the Sistine Chapel and Basilica. Slight hiccup with the Colosseum tickets, but Emily was on hand immediately to sort this, couldn’t wish for better service. Emily is so dedicated to her job and clients both before and after booking with her. We also took a hop on hop off bus tour so that we could see outlying areas too far to walk to, we certainly got our monies worth out of that. We booked bed and breakfast at the hotel as there are so many lovely restaurants all within walking distance. Round every corner there is something to find, a beautiful building, church, fountain, piazza or restaurant. Thank you Emily, you are a star. You’ve never let us down and we have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking to get away. You are patient, listen to what we’re looking for, and always come up trumps. You work so hard to make everyone’s dreams come true and deserve all the success this brings to you. 100% recommend Emily, she has so much experience, knowledge and total commitment to her clients. Emily did a great job helping us put a holiday together, remaining incredibly patient as we changed our minds over and over again! She was so helpful and enthusiastic at every stage. We sadly had to cancel the planned holiday twelve hours before departure due to airline strikes - which is where booking this via an agent came into its own. We were able to get the whole holiday refunded and then Emily worked tirelessly to put together some alternative suggestions at very short notice on a Saturday morning. In the end we went to Sri Lanka (we’d had a planned holiday here cancelled at short notice a couple of years back) and everything went really smoothly. Thank you Emily!

Emily was helpful from start to finish when supporting us with booking and planning our trip to Disneyland (a family group of 9). Nothing seemed to be too much to ask when we had questions and requirements. Emily was very patient with our numerous questions and concerns. She kindly booked our flights, transfers, accommodation, Disneyland passes and half board as well as extras such as character breakfasts. Emily met with us on two occasions nearer to our holiday to input passport details and talk extensively through our trip giving us advice and tips and supporting us with the Disneyland App which was extremely helpful before and throughout our trip. Just two days before Emily met with us to give us up to date paperwork, boarding passes, etc which was all very useful. There was details of how to get from our terminal in CDG to our magic shuttle transfers and timetables which was straightforward. All in all, our family trip to Disneyland went without a glitch and was stress free because of Emily’s care and diligence in ensuring we had all the information and paperwork we required. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another holiday with Emily again!

Excellent service from our personal travel counsellor, Emily from start to finish. Fully understood the brief and came up with a few options for us to consider before choosing our final choice. Everything was well detailed in hard copy and in the My TC app. One small negative, not by Emily but through the company used to do the transfer, we ended up having to call the company upon arrival as no one was there waiting and we had to wait over 30 mins before someone came to collect us. They also arrived 20 mins before collection time upon returning to airport to come home which meant we arrived at airport an hour & 15 mins before check in opened so there was a bit of extra waiting around. Other than this, we had a fab holiday and have more holidays booked through Emily that we are also looking forward to.

Saw a post on FB Emily had put on avoid a holiday in Thailand at a very reasonable price. We jumped at the chance. Asked Emily to upgrade us to a swim up room, not a problem, she researched some trips I wanted to do and offered to book them,although we declined the offer it was great knowing what to expect and approximately how much to pay. Hotel was one of the best and location couldn't gave been better for bars and restaurants. Literally a 5 minute walk. One of our best holidays we have booked with Emily and we have booked a few. Emily does everything for us, we say what we want she delivers. She does all the checking in, visas etc if needed. All we ever have to do is pack and turn up at the airport. Very rarely Emily can't match the major tour operators or sometimes cheaper. Always there at the end of the phone and such quick response if needed. I recommend Emily to all my friends and I know some of them continue to use her. Emily takes the stress out of booking a holiday atol fully covered . If you are thinking of trying an independent travel agent, Emily is the person you are looking for ?? ?? x

Emily did amazing sorting this holiday for us to Atlantica Aqua Blue Protaras Cyprus. Everything she stated, was done. She asked hotel to upgrade a room for my mums 60th birthday as a surprise as we were there to celebrate this. And the hotel did as Emily asked. The hotel was amazingly clean, the staff erwere very friendly, the food was good as you get with all inclusive. It doesn't satisfy everyone every night but the all day snack bar was a massive asset to the hotel and the chef Alex was always so nice and accommodating if you wanted something else to eat. Food was cooked to order. The room came with bar robes and slippers...a first for me on any holiday. The kids water park was a great addition. The room had a mini bar which gave a first use free pass for all inclusive guests. Basically could eat and drink what was in there and then once restocked you had to pay. No fighting for the sun beds either. Free towel cards were given. Only fault I could say is that when I asked for a late check out they said this couldn't be done till on the day...but said you could use a shower room if required. The only issue is the reception staff didn't state this needed to be booked which resorted in on the last day we couldn't book the shower room so had to check out and wait around. Otherwise faultless and Emily as always gave a perfect service and always on hand. Also the fig tree bay beach and promenade ..amazing x

Arranging and booking our holiday with Emily was a joy, she totally understood the brief (I was travelling with my 89 year old mum), she gave us 3 options of hotels, arranged the flights and checked us in, sorted the special assistance at both airports for my mum, and arranged the transfers to/from the resort. Emily brought the boarding cards, transfer information etc. over to me personally about 10 days before we travelled, she had also liaised with the hotel to ensure that my mums room was easily accessible. Everything went like a breeze. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Here's why we always use Emily to arrange our trips. I parked my car at Heathrow at 7 pm and went through security. I THEN got a call from the parking meet and greet folk to tell me that I had left a folder full of important holiday paperwork in the car! I contacted Emily at home and she calmed me down and emailed copies of all the documents to me in time to board the plane. What a star. Ridiculously good service.

Me and my husband wanted to tick New Orleans off our bucket list, Emily helped us plan our adventures in New Orleans and she didn’t disappoint us. We experienced so much while we were walking all the famous blocks we all walked. Listening to bands playing Jazz in the streets. Food was amazing and great choices. Just wanted to say thank you for helping us secure this holiday. It was a fantastic way to experience the Caribbean, and knowing mum was going to be looked after. It's the first time I felt a bit out of my depth though. Not really knowing what to expect. And it was really weird not checking in. If I'm honest, I didn't enjoy that bit. There's no confirmation you've been checked in and you have no clue where you will be sitting. We're not ones to make a fuss, but, as you know, we found it extremely odd that mum, with her limited mobility had to walk the furthest to her seat! It was also disappointing that we weren't sat together. I know we were across the aisle from one another, but the seating was staggered and with mum's hearing loss, we couldn't even chat. Add to that, the couple next to me were larger than normal and the gentleman next to me encroached my space. Had the same both flights. (they are also the ones who gave us our illness) Despite checking in as one of the first, VA couldn't offer us alternative seating, and yet the couple sat next to mum on the way out were moved. All rather bizarre! I'm not sure I'd cruise with MSC again. I would however like another cruise experience and I think it would be a very different experience going with a younger person. The cabin was okay for our needs. I think being on the inside without daylight, we'd be able to put up with it because being an accessible cabin, it would be a little larger. It turned out not to be an accessible cabin so was a relatively small space, and without a balcony nothing got dry. Clothing in the wardrobe felt damp. It must've been the aircon?The onboard laundry service was expensive so we didn't use that. Since heard other companies have laundry rooms to use foc. The islands and beaches with the beautiful turquoise sea were fabulous Emily. I won't forget those views in a hurry,and the people very welcoming. I am very much missing feeling relaxed. Ship staff amazing too.Thank you again

Emily arranged our holiday to the Maldives and from the minute we contacted her to minutes we returned home everything was perfect. Emily is lovely and takes on board everything you ask her, if you want to change any details on your original quote she is happy to look into it and send you new quotes, (we did this a few times and nothing was too much bother for her) She arranged everything for us from check in, health declaration forms and boat transport from airport to the island. Our trip was hassle free thanks to Emily. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend Emily and we will certainly use her again.

Once again a fantastic service from the lovely Emily, as usual our requests were met, all paperwork delivered and explained. Our hotel was a Tui only hotel so some parts were arranged by them directly ie flights and our seating was a little random. Emily tried to change prior to our leaving but was out of her hands. We would always use her services and as always recommend to those we know. Already thinking about next year which again we’ll place in the very capable hands of Emily.

Had the most amazing trip to Namibia organised by the lovely Emily. The accommodation was fantastic as was the food. Emily is absolutely fantastic. You can tell she loves what she does and wants to make everything perfect for you. Emily even gave us recommendations on extra places for us to visit based on our interests, without this we wouldn’t have experienced one of our favourite parts of our trip. We got multiple quotes for our big trip before committing, changing things here and there and Emily did this so quickly. We’ve just returned from an incredible trip in Norway. We started in Bergen, then drove into the Fjords and finally inland. The accommodation was great, especially the apartment in Bergen and the views of the fjords. The 3rd venue was a little quiet with most facilities closed but we managed to find things to keep us busy! The beauty of Norway was incredible and the trip was really easy and well organised. What a totally brilliant time we had in New York City. Like no other city in the world. Sensory overload. London on steroids, maybe? Stayed at the Belvedere Hotel on 48th St. Perfect place in easy reach of everywhere. Walked loads, eat loads and did all the things you'd want to do; museums, One World, Grand Central, etc., etc., etc. Emily did a fab job as always with sorting everything.

Emily booked us a trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas for my 50th birthday. Everything about the trip was amazing. She even surprised us by booking us into the Airport Lounge as a treat for my birthday, which was very kind and we very much enjoyed! Emily went to great lengths to put together a city break package that met the needs of all those travelling. She explored a number of options and ensured that we were happy with the final choice. She researched what sightseeing opportunities there were and provided links so that we could book directly before we went saving time and money. For the future it would have been useful to know that Sweden is a virtually cashless country as we were unable to use the money we took, and also that the official tourist season had ended when we went so some activities were not available. However, we had a fantastic, jam packed time and already have our next holiday booked with Emily and are exploring our options with her for 2025 :)

We booked our family moon with Emily to Mauritius and had the most amazing time! Emily was brilliant researching the best hotels for us as a family and was always so quick to get back to us with the answers to our questions. I have used Emily several times now and she is a super star when helping with holiday bookings. This year there was 10 of us and she made all the arrangements including seats together, done all boarding passes and information required which was such a relief not to have to do. The little touches make her special from the sweets for kids on plane when she dropped the tickets off to make sure we had our transfer home and arrived back safe. Just come back from a Paris trip organised by Emily for mum and daughter for her 16th birthday. From the pick of the hotel to each of the events we did, it was an absolute joy because it was all done for me. Even down to the care and sensitivity shown in the timing of the holiday (due to illness), Emily was truly wonderful and guided me to book later than I had planned which I'm so glad I did. She guided us through everything before we went and was so happy when I saw the queue for the Louvre. Luckily we had taken Emily's advice and booked"skip the line tickets for the Louvre" thanks Emily!!!?? From start to finish, Em understood our requirements and searched the best deals for what we were looking for. She put us at ease with any questions or queries that we had and even looked at alternatives for us to consider when we heard about the earthquakes,nothing was too much trouble. Em was always available if needed and personally goes out of her way to deliver your tickets and holiday information in person. Such a lovely lady and very knowledgeable. Would recommend using Em in the future. As for the hotel, it was AMAZING! The hotel itself has plenty on offer, spa, waterpark, pools, beach, watersports, lots of activities during the day, good entertainment at night, although can be a bit samey. Rooms are spacious, we had a family room with side sea view. Hotel was a nice size to walk around. Lots of variety in terms of food, could always find something. Just be wary of the flies, especially at lunchtime and the outside cooking stations in the main restaurant! A la carte restaurant we went to (Chinese) was OK but not brilliant, was the only one we could get into and you are only allowed 1 for each 7 days you are there. Heard others say the Meze and Italian were good but you could get the same food in the main restaurant. Beach had lovely golden soft sand which gets very hot ! We didnt utilise the watersports so cant comment on these. We took our watershoes which helped with the hot sand. Waterpark is great fun and you can go in and out as many times as you like. Overall, a great hotel for families or a group of youngsters looking for their first holiday abroad.

I would like to thank you so much Emily for booking the short break holiday to Lisbon for myself & my bestie to celebrate our 60th birthdays . We had the most amazing relaxing time in this fab city and the 4/5 days were perfect for us to get around and see / do everything on our itinerary . The flights you arranged were perfect and the transfers helped to make everything run smoothly & just made it so much easier to get to our lovely family hotel. It was in the perfect location which was central and just a stone though from everything we could possibly need . Chocolate fountain & Prosecco was readily available every morning at breakfast so that alone was bliss on a plate ! The selection at breakfast was amazing and we definitely did not go hungry. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t of been more helpful . The hotel even had a welcoming glass of complimentary port available when we arrived back later in evening after spending each day on our feet exploring this wonderful city . We were so pleased that we chose Lisbon to discover as it was the most jaw dropping beautiful city with amazing views and definitely would love to return at some point . I think we have seen enough orange roof tops to last us a life time . The city is hilly but we took on this challenge and did loads of walking and took on the hills & steps with gusto! We enjoyed a sunset cruise and went on the trams , trains , funicular plus had to have a go on the tuk tuk . We discovered castles and took a train to Sintra to see Peña palace which we would defo recommend . Overall we had the mist amazing time and made liars of fab memories . Once again thank you so much Emily for all your help and support in making our holiday go so smoothly & memorable for years to come xxx

Emily recommended Stella Village in Crete to us for a group holiday. Flawless service from deciding on an option, booking and through to coming home - thanks for making it so easy! We literally had to do nothing other than pack. Car parking was all sorted, private transfers to and from the airport (which is cheaper than you think and well worth it) sorted and very easy to pay through the app. Wouldn't book a holiday any other way now.

We told Emily roughly what we wanted as a holiday and our budget and she wittled it down to two choices - one of which was spot on. No more hours spent clicking back and forth. Emily's forward planning and attention to detail is almost absurd! All our pre flight administration was done for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The Travel Counsellors web site let us pay in chunks and helped us keep track of what was going on. With Emily at the helm all you really have to do is pay for the holiday and turn up at the airport on time!

Wanted to go away for New Year, after much trawling the Internet we couldn't find anything for our budget. I contacted Emily, told her our requirements. Within 24 hours she came back to us with a few choices. We chose Tenerife because of the sun. The hotels location was superb, a room with a little kitchen area, private bathroom and a juliette balcony over looking a side street but busy enough we could people watch whilst they were shopping etc. The Astoria Hotel had a pool on the 2nd floor and a massive terrace on the 4th. Although the room was quite basic, it had everything we needed. The reception area was lovely, they served a 3 course breakfast if needed for just €7. The rooms, reception, pool area and terrace were spotlessly clean. The reception team were on 24 hour and all were friendly, chatty and helpful. It was a 5 minute walk down to the seafront and so many bars and restaurants to choose from. Playa de charco was fantastic for New Year's Eve. A stage was built and a live band played. It was buzzing and the atmosphere was just electric. Lots of singing and dancing. We would definitely stay there again and thoroughly recommend the hotel and Tenerife. Only negative was that we were sat on the transfer bus for an hour waiting for other people and then the transfer itself was 2 hours, including the 7 stops before us. So maybe half the time with a private transfer. I have booked with Emily a couple of times now, we have always been happy and satisfied with her service, and Emily is always contactable. Emily does absolutely everything for you, from booking the hotel etc , sorting transfers, checking you in with the airline, we did absolutely nothing except turn up. Thankyou Emily, we had a fab break over New Year and you will be hearing from us again x

We were planning a luxury holiday for our anniversary. We thought we could just book it ourselves but when it came to it there’s so much choice and we were getting confused with what to book. We decided to ask Emily to help. Emily really listened to what we both wanted and narrowed our search down with a choice of 3 and armed us with all the information on each resort to allow us to make an informed decision. We ended up booking two destinations, first stop Dubai and then on to the Maldives. Emily took care of everything, filled in all the forms and even delivered all the documents we needed. Both resorts were exactly what we had described and asked for. We had the best time and everything was perfect and stress free. When it came to leaving she personally delivered all our paperwork and she had even checked us in and printed out our boarding cards - we literally had to rock up at the airport. Would have no hesitation in recommending her services - Emily is hugely enthusiastic about what she does and that shines through. We will happily ask her to help us again when the time comes.

Very highly recommend Emily having just returned from our first holiday booked through her, booked following her many good reviews locally. Emily listened to our needs and worked with us to find our holiday destination and also was very patient when we changed our minds a couple of times. Our trip was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Emily is exceptionally knowledgeable and cared very much that we were happy and supported before, throughout and after our trip - what more could anyone ask? In past holidays, I have always had to sort out seats, check-ins and transfers, but Emily did all of this for us - something I know I will look forward too for future holidays as its takes the stress away of worrying that its all been done. As before, Emily arranged everything to perfection, from flights, car hire and accommodation. The only thing that she could not control was the weather. The Algarve had its first rain for 6 months when we arrived, but the sun came out in the end. We are already looking forward to booking with Emily for 2023.

Emily was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking our holiday to coincide with a wedding. She was determined, without being pushy, to find our ideal hotel and came up trumps. Transfers, flights and insurance were also booked through Emily making everything so much easier. Emily was very knowledgeable regarding travel restrictions and kept us updated throughout whenever anything changed. We have just returned from our holiday, and can’t thank Emily enough for her help in making it one of the best. We would 100% recommend talking to Emily if you’re thinking of booking a holiday. She was so patient when we kept changing our minds, and reassuring that we would find something to meet our criteria. Emily is friendly, but professional at the same time and is always available to answer any questions. Booking through Emily made it feel that we had our own personal travel advisor. As we hadn’t travelled abroad for a few years due to Covid, we were nervous about the whole process but Emily gave us the reassurance and confidence to take the plunge again. It was so good to know that there was help available 24/7 once on holiday, but also beforehand to help navigate travel restrictions etc. We would have no hesitation in using Emily again for future bookings. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Dilham couples glamping in Norfolk. We was planning on a trip to Norfolk but hadn't booked anything when the glamping popped up. A quick message and once we confirmed dates Emily provided more info on the area and accommodation. It wasn't cheap and prob a little more than what we would of paid but the hot tub was an absolute winner after a long day out and about. We put the bbq on enjoyed the evening in the hot tub under dark starry skies. A really unique and tranquil location. The glamping pod was beautiful and clean too.

We stayed at the H10 Lanzarote gardens on the recommendation of Emily and this proved to be an excellent choice. The recommendation was spot on for the ages of my children and Emily helped us before the holiday with checking in and ensuring we had all the relevant documentation. Also while we were away with making sure we knew when our return departure was due. The little touches with a welcome note at the hotel and a pack of sweets all the more special would highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a trip away. it was a truly amazing holiday

My teenage son and I have just returned home from our second fabulous holiday kindly arranged by Emily. I used to do it all myself but will not be going back to that after having all the help, guidance and support from Emily. Such great knowledge of so many fabulous destinations that suit everybody's needs and wants. Plus there is all the support whilst on holiday to help with delays and changes and of course the dreaded covid rules! All the other elements of your holiday can be arranged including transfers, parking, car hire, airport hotels, lounges, you name it! Highly recommend Emily and we all need her in our lives to help us make such special memories. 10 stars!!

Site was very poorly run, not enough staff. Full of travellers causing trouble so couldn't use some of the facilities, when they left however, it did improve. Entertainment poor. Food wasn't great. Accommodation was good. Wouldn't go there again!

Emily gave 100% from start to finish. We didn’t know exactly where we wanted to go but gave Emily a brief and a budget, and she found us the perfect first family holiday. From quote to return home, she kept us updated of the ever changing covid and visa requirements, taking the stress out of travelling post-covid. She did all of our online check in, arranged transfers, checked our passports and provided all the paperwork we needed in a face to face meeting 2 weeks before we flew. I gave Emily a very vague brief; find us a break away after lockdown. She did not fail us! Emily researched lots of options for us and suggested locations we would never have looked at. What she found was a little gem. A Beautiful luxury lodge with its own hot tub, tucked away in the peaceful Lincolnshire countryside. The price was well within the budget we set and everything was well oganised. The prior information was great and Emily personally emailed to make sure we had everything we needed. We even got a nice little thank you box which was so thoughtful. Its the added extras you get from a travel counsellor and its not more expensive. Will definitely be using Emily's company again. Very happy customers.
